I’m proud to announce that I am currently working with the excellent dance music promotion company LIFT to bring Dizzee Rascal’s new single/remix disc, “Dance Wiv Me Remixes”, to the RPM format of college/non-comm radio stations in North America. This is an unexpected disc for a few reasons: for one thing, many stations who generally don’t even add singles are recognizing that the five different mixes of this track are so radically different as to warrant consideration as an EP instead of just one song; for another, this is the danciest, booty-moovinest single Dizzee has put out to date. Plus it has Calvin Harris on it, who is really good at doing lots of things, not the least of which is being a babe.
